Choosing Homecare Exteriors proved to be the right choice as the new windows were competitively priced, of a good standard and most importantly fitted by an experienced person with years spent in this trade.

The product and the fitting were good, the attention to detail was not as we expected

Although the work was completed to the required standard, from an estimate of a 7 to 10 days it was not completed for 6 weeks. This was because 2 doors were damaged on delivery and were not replaced for 4 weeks, the front door lock supplied was not the one specified and took 6 weeks to rectify, french doors and front door needed re- adjusting took over 3 weeks. the 2 replacement doors after being installed needed to be adjusted a week later as the door became difficult to close. I believe these problems could have been rectified sooner if they had put more resources into the job.

Made a decent job of it. A few minor snags to sort out. Unfortunate that one of the double glazed cassettes was missing and two were cracked. they were all replaced in the end.

I am so happy with the finished look. I chose Homecare because of their heritage range. I needed a window that looked just like the original wood windows (Victorian sash), not just because of the style of window, but because we were only able to do the top windows in this tranche of work – and we therefore didn�t want them to stand out. What�s great is that they fit in perfectly and don�t look like upvc. They also make a massive difference to the temperature in the house and the draft issue has now gone entirely. I am absolutely thrilled, and we are already saving up for the next batch.

There were several issues but these were and are still being addressed.

The contractor did not complete some of the work until I queried it. It was later found on an email that it should have been carried out and was duly completed. I would recommend this contractor provided everything regarding the work was made clear as to what is included in the price.

The whole team were professional from start to finish, very clean and tidy workman, well done.

I have used this company before and I�ve never been disappointed and I will be using them again in the future and recommending them too
