All work carried out was excellent, old windows removed and disposed of, new windows installed with much care taken not to damage freshly painted rooms.

The mark of a wonderful company is of course getting it right first time, every time. However, in the unlikely event something isn�t exactly right that�s when an excellent company steps up and puts it right, quickly and without hassle. I�m sure most of Kiwi customers find them wonderful. The reason I would recommend them is because they are excellent. 5 stars I will be using them again and again.

The contractor was very professional, easy to deal with and the windows and doors are exactly what we wanted.

Perfect windows and superbly fitted

The only criticism I have, is that we received the wrong door plate, a deduction was made from the final invoice to cover this. This could have been avoided, if we had received a detailed quote through email or the post, so we could check everything was correct before the work commenced.

We’re so happy with our new windows and doors. The whole process was so easy. No pushy salesmen and no hassle. Colin came over and gave us a very honest, fair price which we were very happy with. Fitting done (within just 10 days from ordering) by Neil and Liam in just one day (even during the tail end of storm Ciara!)who were super efficient and very tidy. I cannot recommend this company enough. We would definitely use them again.

The fit was completed on time but wasn�t up to a standard I�d say we was happy with, we did raise are issues with the customer care time who were prompt at fixing the issues all in all satisfactory

The contractor Kiwi Windows is so busy and don’t have appointments availabale sooner, I would suggest them to hire more people and carry out work sooner than lator, I had to wait 3 months to get the windows installed.
