Brilliant wprk on fitting windows in a short time frame

Based on the survey and quotation process, having the windows of choice and the standard of installation/workmanship, our expectations were fully met and we would be happy to recommend Kiwi Windows. Unfortunately, upon completion of installation, the contractor’s supplier for the (flush casement) windows ceased trading. This created an ongoing situation whereby ‘snagging’ issues could not be resolved until necessary parts were sourced. Although fully understanding of the problems caused by the window supplier issue, occasional contact updating us of progress would have reinforced the professional standing of the company. This should not however detract from the fact that we are highly satisfied with our windows.

We have had 9 new windows fitted by Kiwi and we couldn’t be happier. The fitters were prompt, efficient and friendly and cleared up everywhere afterwards. A five star service all round..

The mark of a wonderful company is of course getting it right first time, every time. However, in the unlikely event something isn’t exactly right that’s when an excellent company steps up and puts it right, quickly and without hassle. I’m sure most of Kiwi customers find them wonderful. The reason I would recommend them is because they are excellent. 5 stars I will be using them again and again.

All work carried out was excellent, old windows removed and disposed of, new windows installed with much care taken not to damage freshly painted rooms.

The contractor was very professional, easy to deal with and the windows and doors are exactly what we wanted.

Kiwi Windows and the building contractor need to communicate more so each knows what is going on and when. There were times when the building contractor didn't seem to know the timelines for the window fitting. Also finish the job i.e. someone needs to take charge and fit skirting boards when full length windows are changed and part bricked up - should not be left to the customer to fit! Again communication between Kiwi Windows and the building contractor. Very disappointing end to a good job.

Always used Kiwi Windows for our old house and this one never had a problem in 30 years.Would recommend them.

Perfect windows and superbly fitted

The only criticism I have, is that we received the wrong door plate, a deduction was made from the final invoice to cover this. This could have been avoided, if we had received a detailed quote through email or the post, so we could check everything was correct before the work commenced.

The contractor Kiwi Windows is so busy and don't have appointments availabale sooner, I would suggest them to hire more people and carry out work sooner than lator, I had to wait 3 months to get the windows installed.

We're so happy with our new windows and doors. The whole process was so easy. No pushy salesmen and no hassle. Colin came over and gave us a very honest, fair price which we were very happy with. Fitting done (within just 10 days from ordering) by Neil and Liam in just one day (even during the tail end of storm Ciara!)who were super efficient and very tidy. I cannot recommend this company enough. We would definitely use them again.
