The rear upvc replacement door was found to be 10mm short in height. As a result, the gap has been sealed (so I am advised) with foam insulation and both interior and exterior trim applied to cover this area.I have accepted WFS explanation of the need for this action but will monitor the situation for any water ingress regularly.

Could have spent a bit more time in cleaning the glass after installation.

From the start WFS were professional and friendly.The initial survey was conducted by Alex who was helpful and made alternative suggestions that were both money saving and aesthetically pleasing.The 2 man team who laid the foundations were efficient and polite. They worked quickly and tidily. A team of four arrived with two lorries and in 1 1/2 days installed a lean to conservatory, replaced the cloakroom roof, replaced the garage door and window, installed a stable style door lowering the step, and all the soffits, gutters and downspouts. I would recommend this contractor – from the outset I was impressed with the guidance & knowledge as well as the recommendations on aspects which I hadn�t thought about, all without being pushy. I had 4 guys who completed the installation in good time and most satisfactorily, they were happy to answer any questions & were accommodating as I asked for one room to be left until last as I was working from home. They are a great bunch, friendly and helpful.

Ratings regarding Workmanship Standards and Product Suitability are only given on the understanding that the work has only been completed for a week, and if there are any underlying issues, this would change.

We weren�t updated with a timeframe or received an invoice and then when they rang to set a time (a few days away) they chased payment. It would have been nice to have an invoice for this and be told when to pay. The door is also missing the chain which I requested

Should have kept the customer updated regarding delays with the installation, it was not after we chased that we were informed that the delay was due to stock issues.
