Ian was always helpful throughout the process and acted in our best interest, as the doors were being shortened to replace existing French doors due to conservatory insulation being fitted he advised we wait until the insulation is complete as the measurements they say for the insulation company recommended for the new doors could be incorrect and Ian was right. The doors had to be slightly smaller than the measurements given by the insulation company.This ensured we did not pay for doors we couldn’t use. Ian is a great guy and kept me up to date throughout the process with expected delive
