Ian was always helpful throughout the process and acted in our best interest, as the doors were being shortened to replace existing French doors due to conservatory insulation being fitted he advised we wait until the insulation is complete as the measurements they say for the insulation company recommended for the new doors could be incorrect and Ian was right. The doors had to be slightly smaller than the measurements given by the insulation company.

This ensured we did not pay for doors we couldn't use. Ian is a great guy and kept me up to date throughout the process with expected delivery and fitting dates.

The quality and cost of our replacement french doors is excellent. The work was carried out in the agreed timescale and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Highly recommend and would use this company again.

Great service, even when Ian was let down by suppliers he kept us updated and although the job took a little longer than expected due to suppliers it was finished to a high standard and we are very happy with the not just the way the new windows and doors look but the quality of the way they were fitted and the additional warmth and noise reduction to our home now is unbelievable.
