Crittalls did an excellent job on all the work they completed, from the first point of contact through to the fitting.

We are delighted with the work done by Crittall Installations on our bespoke timber windows and porch. We live in a conservation area and they have provided like for like replacements but fully upgraded to current standards. Neighbours have indicated they will engage them when the time comes.Everything was faultless from the initial survey visit, through to the regular and prompt updates by their office and finally the installation team who made sure everything went smoothly and was left in perfect order.

The team provided a very good service, communicated well and left the site very tidy. Highly recommend

Please note I can’t make detailed comments as although I own this property I rent it and am not on site – hence unable to comment in detail about tidiness etc. However the contractor comes highly recommended by our block caretaker and I have not heard of any problems.

Did a very good job on the installation. Minimum amount of damage from the removal of the old frames/secondary glazing. Left no mess whatsoever. Company very pleasant to deal with.

We had to wait for over 6 months for the contractor to come and install the windows, after an initial estimate of 2 months. We were not kept informed routinely, but only when we chased. However, the quality of the work was good, so would recommend on that basis.

The work done was good in the end. However, the work was severely delayed and we were given no notice this would be the case or how long the delay would be. I tried calling them every day for over a month and got no response.There is now a new person in the office and since then, the communication has improved however the customer service prior to this was unacceptable.
