Please note I can't make detailed comments as although I own this property I rent it and am not on site - hence unable to comment in detail about tidiness etc. However the contractor comes highly recommended by our block caretaker and I have not heard of any problems.

Very professional service, have known them and used their services over many years.

I would have giver 10/10 on all aspects except for the fact that my installation was delayed due to a funeral, and then again due to the death of an aunt of one of the fitters. It was only a few days late and it is a family business that I have used a number of times and I have absolute trust in them.

We had to wait for over 6 months for the contractor to come and install the windows, after an initial estimate of 2 months. We were not kept informed routinely, but only when we chased. However, the quality of the work was good, so would recommend on that basis.

The fitting and workmanship were exemplary, however, we had to wait almost 8 months for the fitting to take place.

Very slow to commence work but a good job in the end. It is a shame that no window fitters ever decorate after they have ripped all the paintwork from the frames.

Was extremely pleased with the efficient way the installation took place.

The work done was good in the end. However, the work was severely delayed and we were given no notice this would be the case or how long the delay would be. I tried calling them every day for over a month and got no response.

There is now a new person in the office and since then, the communication has improved however the customer service prior to this was unacceptable.

Communication was a problem due to staff shortages.

They are good people generally but just seems too busy and stressed.
We lost communication during the process and there were some difficult moments.

Always brilliant used for installation at last home - will always use Peter and team. Sarah in office replies really quickly and efficiently. Installed on time and date agreed, always polite, tidy up afterwards, really helpful, listen to what is required. Brilliant would highly recommend.
