They submitted quotation but when I challenged them over some of the points they were reluctant to take my thoughts on board. But once they accepted I was not going to change my mind they accepted what I wanted and proceeded with the order.

Very easy company to deal with, all queries promptly dealt with. Nothing was too much bother. Actual fitters worked so hard, barely stopping to have their lunch, and were absolute perfectionists. As a result we had 100% confidence in them. Following fitting, the company then made a service call to iron out any teething problems and informed us we could always call them if problems later developed. An �old fashioned� family company with high standards and excellent customer service.
