Very easy company to deal with, all queries promptly dealt with. Nothing was too much bother. Actual fitters worked so hard, barely stopping to have their lunch, and were absolute perfectionists. As a result we had 100% confidence in them. Following fitting, the company then made a service call to iron out any teething problems and informed us we could always call them if problems later developed. An “old fashioned” family company with high standards and excellent customer service.

From the start with the enquiry to the installation, the job was done and completed in a highly professional manner and the quality of the work was excellent especially all the finishing touches that made the job. The fitters were excellent and exceptional. I would highly recommend New century windows to anybody. We are very satisfied with the whole job.

Totally pleased with supply and installation.

They were great from start to finish. Not pushy which was main reason we used them! Left me to come back to them when I was ready, good price and the quality is great. Punctual, friendly and would definitely recommend (and I have done!)

They submitted quotation but when I challenged them over some of the points they were reluctant to take my thoughts on board. But once they accepted I was not going to change my mind they accepted what I wanted and proceeded with the order.
