If late the fitters must ring and tell customer. They never do.

Office staff not as responsive as I would expect, don’t always answer queries until chased.Fitters excellent.

I feel the admin side of the business is not up to scratch. The people in the office have made mistakes and I’ve had to chase things. Since this is the first point of contact I think it needs improving.I have been awaiting a further quote for nearly three weeks which isn’t good. They are always friendly on the phone however. Pleased with guys who measured up and fitted.
