Used them previously without problem. This time round had to chase them for everything, they took a long time to reply to emails. One of the windows didn’t open properly, had to chase them a number of times to get it replaced. It took about 4 months for it to be replaced. Had to chase them for the Certass certificate – they didn’t reply to my emails about this so had to contact Certass directly. On the plus side the windows look nice.
