Good company . my only advice for improvement is : better communication skills ,the two workmen who started the job never introduced themselves so i did not know their name ,one of the worker did not like me asking questions about the installations and i did not feel comfortable asking more questions.but in contrast i was impressed with the owner's son Tom professionalism who joined later and helped with the work ,was very professional introduced himself ,explained what he done to improve the seal of the windows and then came back after the work finished to replace two faulty trickle vents.
i was expecting the documents to be sent after last payment ,after one week i had to contact them to send me the documents,i did not know there will be separate email from certass to be received .

They provided the service they said they would and the price was right we are very satisfied with the result!

On the 3 previous occasions the product and workmanship were excellent. However we found on the latest visit the work required was not fully explained and we were disappointed in the product and the workmanship, the few issues we asked to be recitified have not been addressed and although we made full payment the company have not sorted the problems out.
