Apart from glue outline left on windows, and sealing up the wires to our alarm system, which means we’ll have to install a new one, it was never discussed, hence I can’t give a 10 score. Otherwise, pleased with the colour of the dip and the look!

Excellent service from start to finish. Workmen polite, friendly and helpful. A difficult job to remove the old hardwood frames from the house but these were removed with very little damage to the internal decoration. I am very pleased with the service and workmanship received.

The only reason I have given a 9 (Instead of 10) for suitability of product is because the trickle vents do allow road noise through. Although greatly reduced I was hoping to cut out noise into the bedrooms facing the road. The reason for the trickle vents (and the possibility of some noise) was explained to me by the contractor before I ordered the work.

Very thorough with a minimal of disruption

Steve and Liam were very helpful and friendly, appreciative of the hot drinks and biscuits provided. I think your company is one for which I have no worries, you are reliable and work to a high standard.
Also thanks to Steve who completed some minor work on the outside kitchen window and the edge of the patio doors.
I suppose the only downside is the price, I think you are expensive - could you think about a % reduction for people who use you a second time or for referrals?

Very professional, and worked with good humour under extremely challenging conditions when the gas board started digging up the road right outside our house! Our windows look fantastic and we are so pleased with them. Thank you also to Colin who answered all my questions and gave us advice prior to ordering the windows.
