A thoroughly good experience, starting with the non-pressure sell. Unlike the big companies that give you a hugely inflated price then apply all sorts of discounts, I was just given a straight price. Low enough to be competitive with the big suppliers but high enough to give confidence in a quality product.The two installers were excellent. They worked hard and kept to the schedule they outlined on the first day.

Very pleased with clean and tidy installation, french doors look lovely. Men were very friendly and pleasant, arrived at arranged time and worked hard. Would strongly recommend this company as all staff very helpful.

We were disappointed that when our installation date arrived, the double team we were promised was reduced to a single team and 1 extra person who spent most of their time on the phone. This meant the rest of the installation was put off for another couple of weeks. Also, on a couple of occassions we were promised a call on a particular day to keep us updated and we had to chase those calls.A more clear and honest approach to customer communication would have left us less frustrated.We were very pleased with the actual work and product.

I gave less for workmanship standards and customer service only because there were gaps in the seals which took a long time to resolve, however it’s all fixed now.

Paperwork could be improved than just a third copy carbon sales contract left with customer. A proper printed information of materials to be used and information relating to quality of materials being used would be helpful and should have been sent to customer prior to continuation of work.

The team worked in the heat of the sun on the hottest day of the year and never stopped. Friendly and professional and carried out a top class job . Dan & Stuart were top class 🙂

On completion of the installation, we did discover some snagging issues. These included: no external sealant applied under some window sills, internal sealant missing between frame and back wall inside conservatory, and some brickwork pointing had been missed.When we informed our project manager about these issues, he did promptly visit and sent an installer round to rectify the omissions.

All work carried out very professionally. Workmen tidied up after each job and all were very friendly.

Very responsive to any questions or additional work required. Al staff and trades were polite and cheerful.

The installation team members and project manager were very good to work with. The front office and administrative aspects seemed somewhat erratic, though the office staff were pleasant to deal with. It took months and many attempts to supply and fit properly-marked toughened safety glass, and some edges on the easy-egress friction hinges were left sharp enough to cut your finger and all had to be deburred after fitting. I see these as failures to get things right first time, which must be reflected in the firm’s costs, and then both in customer experience and in pricing.

We experienced issues with horizontal bars not aligning with each other and a sill not being secured however, the problems were addressed without hesitation and we were not invoiced until the work was complete. The quality of the doors which are large and heavy is compares better than other glazing that we have installed in this build.

The work was carried out very well and efficiently. My house was left in a very clean and tidy state. The windows and doors have made a great difference and I am more than pleased to have had this work done by both efficient and pleasant fitters. Thank you.

Excellent service throughout the process of having new french doors and kitchen door. Installation team was efficient, clean and tidy.

Initially outstanding customer service and delivery which kept exactly to a very tight schedule that we had, which we were grateful for. However post installation issues developed with the Bifolds which took too long to resolve (and had to be re-visited twice) which is why i have reduced the scores for Customer Service, Reiliability & Timekeeping and Product Suitability to 7.
