Everything went as planned. The fitters were conscientious and courteous and were a credit to Elite windows. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting replacement doors and windows. Paul listened to my requirements and Dave and Adrian were always on hand to answer any technical questions and great advice when asked, if I was unsure of anything.

I don’t feel I was given enough information by the contractor about how the windows would be fitted, as I had issues with water leaking in, and also that because of the old sash box there would be issues with fitting, I now have another job created to make good on the inside of the window, so one job has now created another
