We found that this was the best service from our selection of providers, they took the time to explain everything to us and recommendations for work done was great. We are very happy with the product and the service.

Excellent communication, and windows were perfectly installed.

Very obliging and helpful on the telephone.  An issue quickly sorted out but not the tidiest of contractors; still finding bits of plastic and rubber around the flat.  Overall pleased with the work.

Good work but not a very tidy job!

Communication wasn’t great. There were several delays and I they only gave an update when I chased. I also felt the installation quality could have been better. It just wasn’t bad enough to merit complaint/further admin.

Repeatedly made decisions without consulting me and had to stop them overriding choices I had made, for no justifiable reason. Took 3 weeks for them to come back to make their 1st attempt at completing the job

Contractor arrived on time, was very clean and efficient in putting in the window and then cleared up after himself so no rubbish was left.

I asked for referral’s from friends who had windows, and Brighton Trade Windows came up a few times. I’m glad I went with them, as BTW have been excellent at every step. Mark who did the initial assessment was brilliant and didn’t try to hard sell me, he came and measured then explained the process clearly, then sent their best offer over. The Surveyor was top notch and as we went over the house he noticed multiple issues that we’re causing problems. The main one being the Window Bay sagging, we made a plan to pin the bay for extra strength originally but when we got to installation we found o

Installation date booked and confirmed. Contractors turned up promptly and undertook the work professionally, keeping us informed during the installation.

Very happy with the work done. The contractor was on time always polite and when the work was finished he left my flat spotless.

Went out of their way to fit around our time schedule, fitted it excellently and quickly.

They arrived twice with only one person.The windows didn�t fit.They had to re-order new ones.They then ran out of time twice.Made holes in the wall that had to be filled and pointed at my expense.

After some initial problems with the measurements and incorrect products being delivered the workmanship & fitting were excellent.

Despite a few set backs the work was completed well and communication was efficient.Would use the company again and recommend to others.Windows are excellent so happy with the end results.

Workmanship, tidiness and efficiency depends on the installer you are assigned on the day, the work carried out over 2 separate occasions was not perfect either time (the measurements initially were incorrect so only half the job could be carried out on first visit). The installers seemed either incapable of doing the job to completion (another contractor having no bother) or ill informed about the job so on the back foot immediately. My husband and I have ussed this contractor on several occasions both for our home and for our apartment. everything has always been carried out to our satisfaction including the installation at this address.

Work carried out was very thorough, and to a high standard, installers, were very professional and friendly

pleased with the two new windows and replacement glass in the other two windows. Was a little disappointed when new rubbers were not installed with the new glass. I had taken that as standard.

Overall the installation is fine. I felt the standard of brickwork was not great and I think the installer was in a hurry to complete the job.The installer was courteous and left the site clean. Communications were a bit mixed during the quote phase and the salesman had to retract a quote following a discussion with his own surveyor.

Am extremely pleased with the quality and fitting of the windows. I would never have believed that UPVC windows would have looked so good. Brighton Trade Windows went out of their way to find the finishig trim that would replicate the old wooden sash windows. So thanks again to all.

The initial installation was awful and required additional visits for the next 3 months to get all issues resolved. That said, the company did fix all issues eventually and it now looks great.

The work was delayed and we were not kept informed.

Used this company before in September 2003 and again this year March 2022, in my opinion they are an outstanding company to deal with, very reliable and high class workmanship and really nice people to deal with.

Good service

We were extremely pleased with the professional standard and efficiency of the fitter especially as he had to refit the old door when the new front door was found to be the wrong size. The mistake was rectified as soon as possible.

They kept to the programme and were efficient and tidy.

The original installation had to be rectified and the door was not supplied to the contractor in a good state, however, they did replace the faulty components and that work was a high standard.

Contractor arrived on time and designated dates, discussed works prior to commencing. Good quality work and made good and cleaned area after completion.

Fitters were quite loud (conversation not just the work) and walls around windows ended up pretty mucky so needed to repaint all.Sales and office team all great and very responsive.

As for recommending – I would say ‘not sure’ but that isn’t an option. There were delays, some explained and understandable and some not. The finish was good on some windows but on others is a bit wonky or incomplete. Awkward sized/heavy bits of rubbish left behind at the end of the job. Staff seemed nice but ultimately feel unsure whether we made the right decision to go with this company.

BTW seem to have experienced supply issues which has made them less able to meet customers needs as they used to (long lead times especially). I think it is an industry-wide problem this year and hopefully they will be back to their normal highly responsive service in the future.

Daniel Simpson is very reliable and trustworthy contractor.

I had to wait for completion which was the 5th October but started at the end of April 2021. In fairness I had to have some brickwork carried out, but when the frames were fitted 1 frame didnt fit properly and 2 pieces of glass cracked and it took some weeks for them to be replaced. Apart from the wait I am pleased with the windows.

The gentleman was polite and eager to help Our date of installation was delayed because of backdated work which was understandable then once again delayed by a day. The next day the fitter arrived early in the morning and completed his job

Great value and workmanship, very impressed.

It took over 6 months from placing the order and paying the deposit to the dorrs being ready. Lack of communication between company, sub contractor and the builder resulted in both the builder and the sub contratctor coming back multiple times to refit,as measurements were wrong and then eventually a final visit after our repeated request for allthe building debris/ mess to be celaned up and taken away as was promised. This added further to the delay, from order to doors being finished was 7 months. They offered no discount for the inconvenencie or apology. A very disappointing experience. The only positve out of it was the two guys who did the fitting were polite .

The contractor was reliable and professional. He installed the doors quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and he left everywhere very tidy . I�m very happy with my doors.

All the employees I had contact with in office and fitters were helpful and polite. There were, however, some problems with supply of parts (wrong parts ordered by firm, or supplied by factory). Firm could be more proactive in keeping me updated as to progress with outstanding issues, but understand the pressures of Covid related problems.

Issues with product after installation. Supplier refused to take the issues seriously.
