After installation there was a problem with the coating on the inside of the sealed glass units not visible at the time but only during strong sunlight. This was a fault of the glass supplier and not the contractor. The contractor was informed and after a site visit agreed without reservation to replace the glazing without delay.We would like to thank “wessex timber windows” for their assistance with this project and look forward to further projects in the new year.
