The company just needs to keep on top of their email communication.

All aspects of product and installation were totally satisfactory.

Contractor had a relaxed approach which resulted in one of the windows being ordered in the wrong size so the fitters had to come back. However, he soon rectified the matter and deeply apologised. The fitters  were marvellous, very efficient and tidy. I would definitely recommend the company.

Selby glass were excellent at communication on the progress of the work. Their installers were polite and efficient.

A little slow to respond to Phone calls and emails both before and after installation and had to be re contacted on a couple of occasions Installation was good.

Selby Glass made a good job of the installation and the products are excellent. However their administrative processes and provision of paperwork following the installation has been extremely poor. It has taken 2 emails and 3 phone calls to obtain any paperwork and the process took 18 months after the installation. I am still not sure if I have received the Certass certificate as the link I have been sent to download does not appear to work.

Good to have a local service from family business.

Really poor communication to start with, resulting in me having to live in a very draughty house for an additional unplanned month as I had taken out secondary glazing ready for an install which was very delayed with no communication. When they eventually apologised they were OK after that. But a lot of stress involved that I could have done without.
