Communication was a bit lacking as I had to chase all the time, very polite when I did get through to them, a good price and the installer was great. Understaffed I guess?

Unfortunately my job was delayed by 2 days. I was given 2 days notice for the first delay but only 30 mins for the second day. This in turn caused me loss of earnings. I asked that one of the contractors not return to finish his part of the job the following day after leaving my property in such a mess that the other contractors had to stay later than required to tidy up after him.

Very pleased with our new doors which were installed very efficiently. We did have a problem with marks on the inside of the glass x 2 (manufacturer issue) but new glass was ordered and fitted the following week.

Messy, poor customer service and issues with front door.
