One company came out and quoted £2400 for the door but these only charged me £980.
But still very good quality.

Overall very satisfied with new door. Two slight negatives: 1. a couple of existing tiles in conservatory are cracked, which may have been caused by fitter carrying in door from outside, as Progress only sent one fitter to carry a heavy patio door. 2. bridge between door and existing lounge carpet leaves a very small gap – this may be due to the fact that it replaced an old wooden bridge which might not have been straight.

The initial appeal was they had a showroom – to us this was essential to see what you were possibly buying, Then the whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure, this company has the staff and knowledge at all levels so the process from ordering to completion was smooth. All done in a professional manner with people who know how to look after their customers and build on their reputation. HighlyRecommended.

I chose the wrong glass in the side panels and having paid for replacement glass I am waiting for these to be fitted.

The work that was carried out was to a good standard, but the communication we had from the company was poor, and we have still received no receipts for any payments we made. Regular updates, contact to inform of upcoming visits, and acknowledgment of payments would greatly improve the impression of professionalism expected.

It did take longer than originally expected but so far a great installation, we had a couple of issues with the Velux windows which were addressed promptly, so overall very impressed.

All very easy and straight forward. Was recommended by my neighbour and have not been disappointed. The fitter, Alec went over and above to ensure he did a good job. I�m a very happy customer.

Contractor supplies doors and side panels from different manufacturers. When requesting white finish it is clear that the whites are not the same. Hence mismatch. Less than ideal.

Impressed with the initial contact and explanation of the product. Unfortunately there were some issues with damage to window units which then took some sorting before they were replaced, hence the less than perfect scores above.

Not the cheapest company in the area but they provide a very high standard of service and workmanship which is why we had this company to fit our doors windows and conservatory over the years.

Bit slow to respond after snagging issues raised. Date given for snagging was missed, turned up next day. Little bits of plastic from the manufacturing left in window frames.

I have said yes to recommend but with a caveat. There were a number of occasions when I had to be in touch to get a report on progress as there was very little communication from the contractor once the initial order was placed. I was in contact twice to be told I would get a call back but did not receive any call, other enquiries that were answered gave misleading information. It was not until the windows were actually with the contractor it was admitted there had been a delay with one of the units…

Work was carried out professionally, and to a very good standard. All involved cleaned up every day and were polite and courteous. I wouldn�t hesitate in recommending the company .

4 months from original fitting to completion in order to replace door because it arrived damaged but now overall happy with the final result.

Wasn�t happy with the finish of the cladding but they quickly came back to finish that. The windows were finished to a great standard.

Very happy with all the work undertaken by Progress as reflected in the 10 ratings above. I have only downgraded the Tidiness rating lower to 7 because of the state of the lounge after the sub-contracted builders had fitted the window lintel which now means a full room re-decoration is needed which we weren’t quite bargaining for. If I was just rating Progress for Tidiness this would also be a 10 as all their window/door fitters, and the plasterer, were very clean and tidy in their work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Progress and will happily be contacting them again to fit

I am really pleased with the work done by Progress windows. The products appear to be good quality, they were delivered and installed on time and the installers left everything clean and tidy each day. When there were some minor problems, they were dealt with promptly.Couldn�t ask for more

Progress were so easy to deal with, no hard sell, and fully informed of the timelines all the way through the installation.Great job by competent fitters as well.

Communication was pretty poor. There was quite a long delay between my order (Sept 2022) and final fitting (March 2023) due to issues with obtaining the correct glass and then issues with fitting due to incorrect measurements made by the surveyor. I had to chase up the company to find out what was happening as there was no proactive communication to keep me updated. Once I had contacted them, they did get back to me with info fairly quickly. The workmen who did the fitting were good and the product seems excellent (albeit only in place for a very short time so far).

I had three installers Nathan, Ian and Malc. All were extremely professional, tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend them all again as it was a great level of service of professionalism they provided.

Unfortunately we could not recommend this contractor. The main reasons for this was being assured our conservatory would be constructed in 6-8 weeks and us planning other renovations around this date. Delays are inevitable and expected however such massive delays should have been discussed at contract setting. It became very apparent during early construction that a long delay was expected. 5 months was just too long considering our neighbours had an identical one fitted in under 1 month. It is a shame as the quality is very good but the lack of customer engagement has reflected our ratings.

VERY long lead time – still waiting for one d/g unit. The quality of materials is very good. The initial fitting work was delayed a couple of hours but was then carried out quickly and efficiently.

Pleased with the overall look of the Product but extremely disappointed with the way the Company handled our complaints with regard to the initial poor quality of the window joints attributed to our choice of windows. There seems to be a lack of communication between Salesman, Surveyor and Management. In all, a difficult Company to deal with resulting in a stressful time for us.
