Although generally very pleased overall I offer the following ‘room for improvements.We did get a notification of the installation date over two weeks in advance but no further communication approaching that date to instill confidence that everything was alright and going to plan.The installers worked impressively but we were left to clean the new glassware, and existing frames of fingerprints and assorted smudges. Also some debris was left on the external window cills.The existing plastic strips that held in the glassware showed signs of minor damage from rough use of tools. This was the first time they had been touched since the original installation nearly thirty years ago.Several existing external rubber strips were not reinstalled fully aligned corner to corner.

Work commenced in the time stated, contractors were very competent. Overall great service was implemented.
