Good product, good installation, and the installers were tidy and considerate while in the house

Initial agreed timeframe for delivery was not met, when date was finally agreed it was touch and go as to whether all of the order would be delivered on time. Luckily the doors arrived and were installed on the final possible day for installation before the next phase of our building work. Snags with the frames/ seals were fixed in a timely manner. Would recommend if you don’t have a deadline to meet.

The fitters were great and made a lovely job but the glass in one of the windows was scratched. This has been replaced 7 times and is still scratched and has a palm print on the inner pane. I have complained to the manager several times and he finally agreed to discount by �120 however I feel this is insufficient as we will have to pay for the glass replacing and have been inconvenienced 7 times!

Very happy with the end result but was a frustrating experience to get there. Long lead time, several mistakes causing delays to correct. Staff were friendly but that doesn’t make up for the various snags.I would have selected maybe – if it was an option for recommending the contractor.

Two thorough, personable fitters who explained what they were doing at each stage of the process and completed the work on schedule.

The installation of these windows was Phase 3 of replacements to this property. All 3 stages, over 10 years, have gone without a hitch, the windows are excellent and the workmanship of the highest quality.

The completion of this installation was delayed, initially because one unit had standard double glazing rather than the acoustic glass which had been ordered. Then the glass of the replacement unit was twice found to be scratched.Having said that, the fitters pointed out the faults on each occasion and CWS provided replacements without hesitation.

The Company & fitters SW & WS Firth came highly recommended (having previously provided the same/similar windows for a close neighbour).With long & substantial trade experience, they worked together like a well oiled Swiss Watch.Without mess or fuss and removing all debris. I was fully satisfied with the workmanship and fitting of the windows. The staff who undertook the fitting were excellent; my issues relate to the repeated delays to the start of the work, the extended timeframe for completion of the work, and the failure to communicate accurately

The fitter did a good job considering he was on his own. As some of the windows were quite large, maybe these should have been a two-man job.

Great service, very friendly and helpful.

CWS service was very poor. Customer service and keeping me informed very poor. Ordered windows in Feb 22 to be fitted Oct 22, delayed. Fitted only part as ordered wrong windows to front of property. Colour of external windows manufactured wrong. Fitted window to kitchen which was not correctly measured. Fitters just put the wrong sized frame in and covered with strip without saying. Promised all done before Xmas, to then be told new year. Totally finished in Jan23. Postive note…..the fitters were a good bunch, especially the double team which came out. Fitted sash windows well.

The job was handled beautifully from order to completion. We are very pleased with the results and have received a number of compliments on the looks and quality.

Excellent fitting…..seemless…..

From start to finish CWS have provided an excellent service, their installers were timeous, tidy and also very happy to work for CWS who they said treated staff well , proven by the long length of service of installers.I would therefore recommend CWS unreservedly.

Work looks fine. If there are any things that need tweaking after installation, this company always come back out and sort it even if they have been paid and that makes good customer care and service.

Very reliable and work carries out to a high standard.

Glass order was wrong, so required replacing. Very poor customer service to try & rectify the situation. One of the panels is scuffed, which the fitters noticed. Unfortunately we still have a panel to replace.
