The guy who put the window in was great but the admin of the company was very poor – they came out three times to measure up seemingly because they had lost the information

The contractor has come highly recommended by a very good friend of mine Darren Waller. The price has been very competitive and the work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the tenant who has provided some excellent feedback on the hard working team who got the job done in difficult weather conditions of high winds followed by rain. Nevertheless they carried on and finished the job in two and a half days. I have not seen the property myself since the work was completed so the feedback is based on details provided by the tenant.

Pleased with the work carried out. We had to chase several times to get a quote and to make an initial payment. Receptionist was off. BitAll over the place and didn�t come back to us.Left over trim in our bushes and gutters filled with shards of plastic. We had to ask for someone to comeBack to clear it.

Decent price, good quality windows and products appear to be installed to a good standard its just the rest of it that let them down.

Happy with the work and staff like the non pushy approach as this is what made us choose them to complete the works. Great internet site and the quote online system is also very good. My only Criticism is the communication could be improved in keeping the customer fully in the loop with the after care and process.

Staff & fitters were excellent including surveyor Steve in 2019.Unfortunately in 2021 & 2022 management are a big problem for this business and we would no longer recommend them

The management are dishonest & inefficient. They continued to lie & fob us off throughout the process. Had to make multiple phone calls & in exasperation & frustration had to visit office in person but still didn’t get correct information. In contrast, office staff, surveyor Steve & fitters were excellent. Such a shame their management let them down so badly & we would not use again

The workmen were great. People in the office have no customer service and I had to chase getting the job completed and my certificates. I received the certificates 3 months after the work was completed and I had to ring continuously.

Communication with this company was appalling. One particular employee never phoned back when they said they would and made frequent excuses for lack of information and poor communication. The work was carried out to our satisfaction but dealing with them was extremely stressful.
