Order & installation of bifold doors was fine, & customer service in the main v good, but apart from 1 aspect. Installation required separate builder to enlarge gap for doors & we expected that to be coordinated by Windows Xpress as complete package. Initial builder that brought round let us down & finding second with myself having to get involved caused unnecessary delays.
