Very efficient, polite and friendly.

We would recommend this contractor principally because we were impressed with the standard of work and professional attitude of the fitters who installed our windows.They were previously employed by Malvern Glass who installed patio doors for us.The average mark for customer service was due to the take over by Advance Joinery.There were inevitable communication difficulties between the companies which were eventually resolved.All the staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful when contacted.

The installation team arrived promptly, were helpful and friendly and carried out the work quickly with little or no disruption. A very organised and experienced team.

Incorrect window fitted but corrected without issue

The problems were perhaps because of staff changes, the Company merger, holidays and a lack of communication between customer services team and accounts department but, sorry, I couldn’t recommend the company – incorrect quote, failure to refund deposit paid for a design they couldn’t supply, multiple visits and a cancelled appointment. They were very polite and seemed to try to fix the issues, it just wasn’t a very good experience. I am very pleased with the window, the fitter and the fitting. Very annoyed that I cannot get the certificate without submitting a review.

From getting the initial quote for the work done was excellent service. Good customer service kept us well informed for times of installation etc;Also the fitters worked in atrocious wet weather for the first 2 days but carried on relentless. 5* company and local to us…….

Problem with one of the installers. Front door installed 30mm out of plumb. Took a long time to be rectified, but was eventually sorted out. Manager apologised and said there was no reason why it couldn�t have been installed properly in the first place. Lounge window had also been installed incorrectly by the same person. Wrapping had not been removed from bottom of sill and window hadn�t been fixed to brickwork along the bottom. Window flexed badly. The installation manager rectified the problem and apologised. We were very disappointed that it took almost 6 months from when our deposit was taken to the time the windows were fitted. We had to keep contacting them to see what was happening. Once they came to fit the windows the job was completed satisfactorily. I would recommend but with some reservations.

At the start some of the quality control and fitter instillation was poor.However, on the whole communication was pretty good.Eventually, we had a really experienced fitter (called Ian) who was very professional and rectified all the issues that were created at the start of the project.

Excellent quality of workmanship

Our decision not to recommend is based on very poor customer service in not responding to customer concerns and follow up. Also their is issues now which are being resolved regarding incorrect glass being supplied and fitted. All concerns highlighted to the company are now being resolved and is still ongoing and hopefully will be corrected.

It took several months from order to completion, during which the quotes were incorrect, window and door apertures were incorrectly measured leading to windows and doors not fitting and needing to be remade. It was necessary for the manufacturer to carry out remedial fitting to both sets of French doors in order to get them to close properly.

First class service and product

Good quality doors and windows which are well made. Measuring/pre installation contact was good but during and post installation could have been better.

Thoughtful and careful work, sensitive to our needs. i am sure we shall be asking them to do even more work in the future.

A perfect job!

The windows are excellent. The additional window boards ledges we had fitted to replace existing ones look great but were not quite a prefect fit, there is a half inch gap at the end. To be fair none of our walls are straight. We also had quite a lot of plaster which was damaged when removing the old ledges/window boards. They did contact me to acknowledge the fact that the finish wasn’t great. I could’ve said that we weren’t happy but didn’t want to cause a fuss . they did a good job but we were a little displeased with the end result of the window board installation. I think the products are great, they are a good company but I think it depends on the installer which will determine the quality of the fit and finish. We would use them again but perhaps request an alternate engineer.
