Communication could be better. I have had to chase for this certificate for some weeks now.

Took 8 months to get this certificate and when I inspected the windows they didnt close properly.

The Window fitting was carried out to the highest of standards. The Window fitter Wilf was punctual, very polite & maintained a professional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend & will be returning to them to have the rest of my windows replaced. Thank you A1 you definitely live up to your name.

Fitters were very competent and appear to have done a good job. Window product is less than the quality I would have hope for, especially in comparison to other PVC windows fitted previously by another company. Main problem was in poor communication, for example the door height they supplied was different to that we had measured for and our builder then had to rectify by building back in to the space.

A1 were great. The process was straightforward and the job was done I. The time quoted. Would definitely use again

They fixed an emergency situation promptly and provided a window at short notice and installed it in a place that was difficult to access, so the installer did a great job.

Very helpful advice given on first visit, surveyor very knowledgeable. Price very reasonable and no quoting a ridiculously high price initially to see how much they could get away with then gradually reducing, as other companies had done. Fitters were great – pleasure to have in our house. Windows look great. We would definitely use this company again and recommend others to do so.

The only thing is that I asked that the door handle wouldn’t need lifting up in order to lock it, and that wasn’t the case.I have a medical problem with my hand, so it is difficult.I specifically asked about it in the visit of assessment.
