Incorrect windows ordered three times.No window cills provided, Fitters attempted to install 4� x 1� softwood with a champfer.Company attempted to go �contractual� on me as I raised concerns with the incorrect products.All carpets in my house were ruinedRequested these documents once the works were complete but the company repeatedly ignored my requests.Would not recommend!I am a project manager in construction so I could �contractually� discuss what I actually ordered to have the correct product fitted. If this was a vulnerable customer they would be able to do the same.
