The contractor is very professional but the fitter was not. Fitter left a lot of mess and did not give the impression of being diligent in his work

There were a few issues but they were rectified to my satisfaction.

Very happy with the process from start to completion. Salesperson gave me facts, not fiction and appropriate guidance on suitability. The installer was very tidy and organised clearing all detritus, showed me how everything worked before leaving. The windows are a huge improvement on the originals and have been commented on by neighbours. I was quite surprised how quickly the installation went ahead after ordering.
Happy to recommend Roofriendly and will use again in the future for further work.

An excellent Service yet again from Roofriendly. This is the second time we have had work done by them and would certainly recommend them. From the initial survey to final installation the service was excellent. The office staff are also extremely helpful and friendly and always ensure that things are running smoothly. Their after sales service, if required, is also excellent. We have recommended them to neighbours who have also had work done, again to the highest standard.

Adam arrived on time and started to work on replacing the back door. He was very polite and professional. The work was completed and we are very satisfied with the final result.

We communicated on the telephone or by e mail and had a prompt response either way! The communication about preparation for fitting did go into Spam, so it would have been useful to know that was on its way, but a follow up query gained a sympathetic answer.
The fitters explained what they were doing and made sure we understood how to maintain and care for the windows. Tidiness only became an issue as it was a breezy day…the fitters did their best!
All staff we dealt with were friendly yet professional and we liked the ‘family feel’ of the company.

The installation was completed by friendly and knowledgeable contractors. They kept us informed about the job they were doing and it was completed in a professional manner. We are pleased with the end product.

Good communication throughout the process, workmanship of the installation was second to none. A quality issue with the glass provided was identified quickly and resulted in a quick and efficient response from Roofriendly. A replacement pane is being manufactured for installation. I would certainly recommend Roofriendly to others locally as we are very pleased with their product and work to date.

Everything from initial contact to final installation was carried out in a friendly and very professional manner 5* service in all aspects.

After care is not as good as I would expect, had a front door fitted and having problems with opening/closing the door due to a faulty hinge, the company have changed the hinges but still having the same issue. Contacted them again and they said they’ll try and fit us in!

Left some work unfinished and arranged for someone else to complete job, he didn’t have the kit to do the job so had to rearrange. We were finding screws and bits and pieces for days afterwards but, compared to me, they were quite tidy.

Mis- sold the door at point of sale. If paid for a more expensive item would receive earlier than a cheaper product. Date not met and received the product 3 months after promised date. Installer was brilliant, could not fault! Customer service was appalling; patronised, laughed at on the phone, and continuous argument never admitting fault. No updates throughout wait and a fundamental lack of understanding on how to apply basic fundamentals of customer service. Harassment post product installation causing further aggregation.

Poor communication from the sales team who seem to have forgotten who the customer is however, the guys who fitted the windows did a great job and we are very pleased with the end result.

The contractors were friendly and worked hard. I do think they could have cleaned up better as plastic bags and screws were left laying around the drive and back garden. I would have expected a call after the work from customer services but no one has ever followed up in person.

Our timekeeping and reliability score is based on one person. Brian the project manager was lax on timekeeping at best. There were a number of occasions where he didn�t turn up to do any work. In fact the first week of the work next to nothing was done. He had �vanished� to a level that the company couldn�t get hold of him. We were informed that his disappearance could of been linked to the fact the boss was aware on holiday. The company didn�t seem overly surprised by the issues we raised.
