completely recommended for the installation a new conservatory, provided all ground work designs to our builder (part of a separate piece of work), then organised the trades to build conservatory, run electricals and plaster the walls within agreed times.

Very pleased with the whole process.

Our first patio door was scratched so the contractor agreed to replace it, no problem. When they arrived (6pm on a Friday evening – much later than scheduled), we discussed with the installer that we had ordered the solar glass and that the label indicated this should be installed the other way round. He removed the glass and turned it (having just installed the replacement panel). He was not aware that this was not normal glass. I called the contractor subsequently to voice my concerns and they realised they had ordered plain glass for us. We therefore had a third installation of our patio door a few weeks later with the solar glass which we had ordered. Whilst this was not great, the contractor did correct all errors and we are happy with the finished product.

Found dealing with Eden very stressful. Got the right result in the end but not before a lot of back and forth and much stress. Timekeeping very poor, constant fluctuations / chopping and changing and finally weekend working with no options so I had to be at the site during the weekend. Totally unnecessary levels of stress.

I encountered numerous issues with their booking process, requiring multiple visits to resolve problems.
Be sure to ask for confirmation on timelines, as we were initially given a schedule that changed after we paid the deposit.
There were frequent availability issues, and the wrong door was delivered three times, leaving the installation incomplete. We had to pay builders who were booked in to do other jobs extra as timeline were not met but they required Eden to finish the door.
Additionally, they sent the incorrect glass panel, which caused our project manager to return from Germany only to find it was still wrong. There was no offer of goodwill for the inconvenience. Given the scale of the project, I cannot recommend them. However, I want to note that the fitter was excellent and not at fault for these issues

The Installer Jamie arrived on time and proceeded with the removal of our old French doors and the install of our new French doors throughout the process he was very clean and tidy and very Competent at his work. He left the job very clean and tidy. The whole process from the order to install by Eden Windows & Doors was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend them to our family and friends.

Thus far, I cannot fault. I am however waiting to hear back about an integrated blind which appears to have become unclipped one side. Their acknowledgement to my initial email was very prompt and they have contacted the supplier so pending further communication

They were professional and proficient and worked until dark to get the job completed. I would have had great pleasure in giving them a 10 for workmanship but a roof tile got broken.
This can happen and they did try to fix which was kind of them but they did not mention it. Also due to the late and dark finish some sealant got missed to be wiped off of the door frame itself. Customer service was also a 9 which might be a little harsh as 98% of the time it was very good. If I had not put the final payment date in my diary we would have missed the deadline for installation which would have been a shame as we ordered the work in November 2024. On the whole fabulous service and I will be returning again to purchase a front door and windows. Thank you Eden windows

Time keeping poor. Promise of 6-8 weeks installation was not true. 6 month wait. Sub contractors used had poor time keeping. Arrival at 10.30 if we were lucky and would leave 2.30. 
Eden need to vet subcontractors and only use good quality people. Advised they had used company before. Cowboy builders used for structural work. Worrying and concerning times. Eden acknowledged this and did put right the work originally performed.

The fitters were excellent and I’m very pleased with the quality of the windows. However, owing to a faulty window unit being delivered to the property on 3 consecutive occasions, this small-scale and straightforward installation of 2 x slider windows took nearly 5 months to complete: I placed the order on 2nd January and a unit without scratches was finally installed on 21st May. On the first 2 occasions windows were delivered to the house without having been checked beforehand; on the third occasion a faulty unit was despatched from their supplier to their offices, so yet more delays. We are happy with the end result, however, there was a lot of cosmetic damage to the frames of some of our windows and doors. Some of the window frames and a door had to be replaced as it was bowed which prolonged the time we waited for completion to over 7 months. However, all damage was rectified and the end result is good. We felt that with the amount you pay for a big job like this, products should be checked prior to delivery and not been fitted with visible damage. Despite the inclement weather I found all personal involved in the installation of my conservatory to be helpful, friendly and professional.

The whole process from start to finish was seamless. The actual installation was superbly undertaken by Lee and Ryan. However, After Paul came to assess what was required We found the Docusign component virtually impossible to navigate and have been dogged by emails from them to �sign up��!!!

Although we we’re very pleased with the installation, we had to have a call back as the installer forgot to seal underneath the door seal. All good now though.

I would recommend with reservations – as the work had to be completed on a number of follow up visits, however overall we are satisfied with the now finished product.

Took 6 weeks to even look at my complaint that the sliding doors leaked more air through than the 1970s ones they replaced. The manufacturer said an an idiot fitted them. Took a further 6 weeks to come and fix the problem.Final payment was made 16th May – took 3 reminders before the CERTASS certificate was sent so 49 days rather than the 21 your site says it should be.

Incorrect top window sections were manufactured and delivered despite order being correct.

We have rated timekeeping and reliability as 7 because on both days they tuned up and hour or so later than we we told by the office.The second team had more attention to detail.The first team were anxius to leave as it was Friday.

The contractor went out of their way to help with some unforeseen problems. There are a few scratches on the glass but since we have had other contractors in the house while the windows were fitted I cannot honestly say who is responsible for them. The guys on site worked hard and tidied up as they went. The final product is great (so far) and I would definitely recommend Eden Windows. They will be starting on our new conservatory soon and I hope we get the same level of service as before.

We would highly recommend Eden from start to finish. The conservatory installers and electrician were brilliant, polite, on-time and exceptionally tidy. The only reason for marking the tidiness down is due to the plasterer not putting down protection on our patio and this took a lot of time trying to clean it.

Supplied doors with measurements around the wrong way is as old patio doors already taken out we had to wait a month for new ones to be ordered.while the wrong ones were fitted the wrong way around. Then when replaced one unit had a large mark in the glass so had to wait again for new one to be ordered. Offered �91 compensation was a joke. Happy now with the quality of refitted doors just a shame the company thinks errors were acceptable ..Happy to provide photographic evidence.

The internal door was fitted by the installers the appointed day. They carried out a neat and tidy installation, but there was a fault with the locking mechanism which was changed on an other day . The door was fitted satisfactory, overall it was a good job.

Very accommodating as the work took place in a busy village hall. The hall was cleaned and left in excellent order when the work was finished. These doors are all crash doors for fire escape ability and are robust and fit to purpose. The fitters were careful with other infrastructure in the hall and in all they did an excellent job.

The contractors fitters were particularly helpful, resolving any problems efficiently and without delay.

This company was straightforward and reliable to deal with. They provided an excellent product. The company was quick to remedy a small problem with the initial installation.

Everyone contacted at Eden Windows has been very pleasant and keen to help every step of the way. Fitters we�re all excellent and if they worked for a different firm I would use them again. Back office / support staff terrible. Not kept informed of delays had to chase continually was told fitting would take 2 days actually took 3 and per the fitters was always going to be a 3 day job. Fitters sent out with wrong and incomplete parts several times absolute shambles.

my installation was delayed which caused some scheduling and logistics problems for me. The colour details of the hinges and some additional handles was also not as expected and I am discussing that with the supplier in the hope of a proper resolution as in due course i shall want three more to match.

One door handle was replaced because it was deeply scratched. Installers broke a piece of beading, glued it back and hoped I wouldn�t notice, hence the score of 7. Beading was replaced at the same time as the four handle.

Took 4 visits over a 3 week period to complete the job , after the first 2 days they didn�t come back for a week , left all the windows exposed after fitting them which made our house very cold for a week .Was guaranteed to be completed on the 3rd visit but it wasn�t.Had 2 missing bits of glass so had white panels in my new windows.The fitters Manager is rude and very unhelpful and always put his other customers first before completing our install of windows.

I would highly recommend Stewart at TSPH Limited. He supplied and fitted two bathrooms and a boiler in our new property which we are currently renovating. Many different trades have passed through our house over the last couple of months and he has been one of the few to keep me sane with his total reliability and workmanship. Not once has he let us down. I would have no hesitation in passing on his phone number to any of my friends and acquaintances if they needed any type of plumbing work.

We had several issues with the fitting of our windows, and it took some while to be sorted.

Original installation had very poor standard of making good. Eventually separate person came and undid rendering and reapplied to a reasonable standard.Customer service levels with installation team not good although both the sales and finance teams communication standard was excellent. No acknowledgement whatsoever received from the MD to my two complaint emails!

There were so many issues and delay with the install. Wrong things being ordered, windows not measured correctly, not brininging the right things with them. It took months for them to complete it.

Office and call-out staff were excellent, but the two installers left a lot a broken glass on the patio and on the lawn.The product is very good value for money.

Very thorough and great product

There was a small issue which was rectified within a short time of the completion of work.

There was a slight issue with the French Windows not making a tight seal on the inside and Eden sorted this without any difficulty.

Initially windows didn�t fit due to measurements being inaccurate. Windows had to be reordered for some rooms. After fitting trim fell off the bays on three separate occasions with no real explanation. Cracked beading, marked glass units which had to be replaced. Chipped glass unit had to be replaced. Windows boards not initially fitted eventually after multiple call outs.

We experienced exceptionally poor customer service from this company. Their internal communications were also appalling.They consistently avoided our calls and did not communicate with us adequately. In late 2020, their website had no complaints policy available. Having requested it, I was told to write via their customer feedback link. A formal complaint was written and sent to them, but was not acknowledged. Indeed, it transpired that no one had even read it 8 weeks later when they demanded payment from us within 5 days, which we reluctantly did. Even now I have had to chase them to receive this certification from you. A letter was sent to me saying that you had been informed that this job had been finalised, but this was not in fact true. Full details of our case are following.

The work to install French doors was completed efficiently and I am very pleased with the result. The restrictors ordered which had not been sent on the day of installation were soon organised and fitted within eight working days. This was good considering Eden Windows are short staffed at present.Communication with Customer Services could be improved slightly. After a period of some weeks after the initial consultation when I hadn’t been given a date for the surveyor to arrive I had to phone to enquire. The surveyor arrived the following day. On another occasion with a query, someone didn’t phone back as they said they would. However, I have been pleased with their friendliness and a willingness to put things right after any oversight.

Circumstances conspired against them but i still feel that i spent a lot of time chasing them when it should have been the other way around.

The actual fitters were very good but the salesman on being contacted by me chasing the delay in works being carried out, promised to get back to me but failed to do so. Also on contacting the company to chase, a person said she would get back to me, also failed to do so. We were kept in the dark as to an installation date for an unacceptably long period.It took a very long time for the surveyor to be booked in after the initial deposit was made and no communication from the company in that time. For that reason I would not recommend Eden Windows and marked customer service as very low. Communication with customers needs to be addressed.

Work by contractor was excellent but they only worked one full day (Sunday)If they had worked full days it could have been finished a lot sooner.

In terms of the installation itself, we would recommend Eden Windows, however, their customer service can be improved.

Poor customer service problems from day one

2 days of work resulted in 4 months of works, on and off. Wrong measurements, false promises, long waiting times, different fitters for different jobs. Office do not talk to staff.

The workmanship was very good as were the installers but THE admin side as in ordering materials in time for the work to be completed & keeping me informed of any delays was absolutely appalling. I have contacted them regarding various issues & very often they can’t be bothered to even respond, not what I would have expected from a professional company.

I would recommend this company, not for its customer service which is awful, but for the product and the fitters, both of which were excellent. It is a pity that the company is so badly run and communication between customer & company is probably the worst I have encountered.

The fitters were booked for 4 days. They arrived 1 day late (because of poor weather), worked for 2.5 days and left at lunchtime on the third day, and rushed in the last 1/2 day to finish at lunch.One of the recommended fitters did not arrive because of covid. His replacement had only joined the company and didn’t really know what to do- this may have been a problem.The old windows were taken out well and efficientlyThe new windows were also fitted well, BUT all handles “rocked” on their frames and 2 had faulty mechanisms (so couldn’t be opened). A challenging period to install windows and doors, but the team acted professionally and did not put me under pressure during lockdown – our household includes a young child and a key worker. All work carried out to a very high standard

Original contact with Eden Windows during first lockdown was good. We had good communication by telephone and email and based on the product specs, use of our ground work builder and an insurance backed package we ordered the conservatory from them.From then on communication was difficult at best. The first team of fitters were sacked after they started work on our conservatory, we had several problems with the roof glass and various teams of fitters. A couple of the good fitters were embarrassed and concerned at the lack of understanding and support we received from the office and to their credit held the build together.
