Great guy, very helpful, friendly and accommodating with bulk of job handled well, though communication extremely poor and frustrating and hard work trying to get small, trivial aspects of the job complete. For me personally communication is so important and the after service once paid up also matters, especially when it’s within the warranty period and there are small jobs outstanding. I appreciate they’re not a priority once the main job is complete and are faffy, however they still matter to the client.
