Bath and West Windows

A good contractor is one that even when things go wrong, they continue to deliver a great service. My windows arrived to them from the manufacturer smashed and then the second set of windows included a cracked frame from the manufacturer. Throughout the process Bath & West Windows were kind and friendly and were happy to visit my property many times to ensure the windows installed were of a high standard and functioning correctly.

Very speedy and efficient installation, seems a high quality door.
My only comment would be that the office is a bit slow to respond to communications, eg to confirm payments received, and I am awaiting follow up to make an adjustment due to the stiffness of the locking mechanism.
