Nexus were very helpful in the process of selecting the right products for our window upgrade.
They were not pushy in any way, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. They were also very helpful in providing samples of the products, and data on its performance.
The work was carried out exactly on time and we were very pleased with the result. The fitters were very tidy and there were no snags afterwards.

I was introduced to Avnash at the contractor by the building company working on the house and he answered some questions about the products. I have not designed windows before and feel I made two errors.
Installation and cost communications were between Nexus and the building company.
There are scratches on some of the window glass and a missing piece of external frame trim. The frame trim I was informed of by another tradesperson after installation was completed. I found the scratched glazing while cleaning the windows after I moved in so I am unable to know at what point these occurred.
The contractor originally said a fitting certificate for the windows and patio doors was not required. Building control asked for one.

We used Nexus to install some doubled glazing units; one single door, and also a double-pane sliding door. Prices were competitive and all the works, including the site survey were completed to schedule and in good time. The sliding door required some preparative brickwork, installation of a steel lintel support, and tidying the edges of our wooden floor boards. Nexus were able to help with all the required building & carpentry works, and also sourced and supplied the solar control glass that we had requested. Nexus Building Services, Avnash and all his team were very helpful, professional, and are highly recommended.

The Contractor always responded to my emails and calls promptly. He gave straight forward answers and I needed somebody reliable to install the windows in a property with student tenants. He was great. Whilst I was not there at the time, I am informed the contractors worked in a tidy manner and showed consideration.
