Recommended to others before but not again. Fitted four windows fixed instead of open ; promised to return and remedy but never did even though I chased them up. Also did signed contract as agreed.Did not complete tidying up as expected.Although I gave written reminder of the porch door being a double; turned up with a single door.

Hi Mr FlandersWe are sorry to have received your negative feedback but are somewhat confused, consequently we believe there has been a misunderstanding.Our signed contract states a single door – when we offered to change it for double doors as a goodwill gesture, you decline the offer and opted for a £360 reduction in price as agreed, signed and stated on the contract. We were therefore left to believe that you were a very satisfied customer with a superb installation. Customer service is of utmost importance to us and our main priority.

They were friendly and in regular communication until they received my deposit. I find it extremely difficult to contact them afterwardThey didn’t keep the agreed insulation date and it was very inconvenient for the tenant.Lack of communication and not happy with the workmanship standards. I wish I hadn’t made contact with them.

The product and installation process were good and completed with minimal disruption. The contractor is a small family business and the people are pleasant to deal with. We understand the contractor had severe delays from a supplier of some bespoke parts and this led to severe delays from the date of order to actual installation. Communication relating to this could have been better.

The actual quotation, and installation were fine. The issues I had were in getting access to the quotation in the first place, and the 7 months hassle in trying to obtain the certificate.

Williams Windows are very professional, they offer helpful advice at the outset, they are straightforward to deal with, the workmanship is high quality, and their services are keenly priced.

Highly professional work done to a high standard by both the builder in installing a new lintel and significantly enlarging main window, and also the two windows installation teams.

The low score is due to there poor communiction and never returning any conatct.They were also unable to provide the products on the time they promised at time of contarcts but the quality of the work and installation is very good.

Certass registration was not submitted for nearly 10 months following installation, even though I had frequently asked about the registration.

Bill is a professional individual but his companies customer service capability perhaps needs further review and investment on modern technologies to keep customers up to speed with progress and expectations managed with issues reported. I hope the outstanding issues that have been reported will be addressed in a timely fashion

Very poor customer service after installation. After several calls and voice messages and an email referring to trading standards they responded regarding outstanding FENSA certificate.Windows were installed in August 2020 and only received certificate in May 2021

Customer service is 5 due to the after care. Prior to install communication was poor and it felt like we only got the install date once we said we wanted to cancel the contract. We were told that we couldn’t because a bespoke door had already been made with a custom 57 etched into the glass. We asked for proof of this and didn’t see it then when the door was actually installed said pane of glass was never even installed.The fitters were prompt, tidy and professionalReliability 5 due to the day after the install we were told the glass would be refitted. This didn’t happen and we only recieved a voicemail late in the day. Our living room walls needs repainting and the painter said he had our address. Then recieved a txt asking for address that I only read at the time of expected job.
