Jordan was very polite and kept us upto date with the process from the initial meeting. He ensured that we were entirely happy with the windows before he left and even had a look at the front door. We are now looking at getting more windows changed and would not use anyone else.

Couple of ‘small hitches’ like frames were ordered but not the glass so had to wait another week or so but as last contractor had takn several months to confirm prices for work – then promissed to come out and do a final measure and never showed up we here happy with this small delay

Selection and style of window excellent. Swapping window from head to cill completed without fuss. Completion of cathedral window delayeddue to our fire completed 12 months after commencement. We are very pleased with the completed works.

Delivery and fitting took a while but due to the present circumstances with regards lockdown I have no complaints.

Yes would recommend the product definitely but the time delays and continuous chasing for certificate was not the best.
