Solihull Windows had an issue with one of its suppliers that was supplying sub-standard glass units. However Solihull Windows resolved these issues without delay and we were happy with the end result

The process of selecting the doors to be fitted, providing a quote and answering questions couldn't have been easier. Anne and the staff at Solihull Windows, were extremely helpful and efficient, but without in any way being pushy for a sale.

Door fitting was undertaken very efficiently. The fitters arrived on time, were cheerful and careful, despite the bad weather and took great care to repair the wall around the new doors, so the installation looked properly finished.

This is the second sliding door installation Solihull Windows have carried out for us. It is a most efficient company working from a small unassuming office. The workforce are company employees and they are experienced and skilled in their work. The installers were great. Very tidy and conscientious. There were a few minor issues but they were dealt with speedily and efficiently.

Incorrectly measured then size of side windows and fitted with noticeable internal frame on view.
Remeasured and refitted promptly however never took ownership of the error ("...highly unlikely they are too small, it would be the first time in 10 years that they are too small..." and not once apologised...
Apart from that all services from the fitters were to a high standard.

During this window installation, one window cill tile was damaged, but when I reported this to the Company they immediately committed to replace the damaged tile, and I now have a date for this remedial work to be done.

Professional company and they guided me through all the stages from first appointment to after sales care an operation and certificates. A straight forward competitive quote from the outset without resorting to the pretend discounts that national contractors apply. I would recommend Solihull Windows.
