From quote to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Skylight Services. I had three Velux windows replaced. The work was completed very quickly and neatly without any damage to existing surrounds and roofing.

I had contacted Lucy after seeing the reviews of the company and had such a pleasant experience getting a not only excellent explanation,details etc of the windows I wanted to replace that were old and reached the end of their term.With calls and emails to her I was constantly reassured of all the details of the windows, the days work and the quote that I was happy to go with. On the 13th of May when the workers came to my place and When I met them for the very first time,I felt the peace and trust in them.
They did an immaculate and neat job and finish of the windows.
Am so pleased with them that I would definitely recommend them.

The only hiccup was when a wrong Velux was delivered to Skylight Services initially, meaning that two visits were needed to install each of the windows in turn. That said, the contractor was very excellent with ensuing contacts to sort out subsequent further arrangements.

professional and quick, very good job

They went over and above to replace my window. I had an incredibly old window (from the 70’s) where the frame was rotten and there had been improper fixes done on it throughout the years (making it even more challenging). It was an incredibly difficult replacement and the team went over and above to ensure they got it done on the day. They even helped to repair some of the decor, which was outside of their scope of work!! I would highly recommend to anyone in future!

They workers were polite and efficient and installed my window very quickly. They put down a dust sheet and cleaned both the window (in and out) and their minor mess. They even secured the window when they came to measure and provide an estimate making it safe until they were able to schedule a time to replace it. I would recommend this company very highly.

They have been very easy to do business with., the fitters were efficient and tidy. My only criticism is that I should have been pushed to do further research into the product offered. My fault, and wouldn�t have mattered if they had been able to visit but covid prevented that, so the end product didn�t function exactly as we had expected, however it is good quality and well delivered, fitted etc.

Installers telephoned to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time. Excellent standard of workmanship, site left in a clean and tidy condition. Would not hesitate to recommend Skylight Services to others.
