The contractor carried all the work requested and their installer did a good job. The lead in time for the work to start on agreeing a quoted price can seem to be a bit long but you are made aware of this at the time.

Overall, the contractor did a very good job. Unfortunately the glass for one of the bifold doors got smashed on the day of delivery, which then had to be replaced, which took a few weeks. When this was done, we were still missing a drain cover and two window keys, which again then took a few more weeks to resolve. These snags were finally fixed and we are very pleased with the results. The windows and bifolds look great. We were very impressed that our deposits were protected by insurance, as is the guarantee plus we have a building standards certificate too. They didn’t tell us about this whe
