The new internal plasterwork where the windows had been fitted required substantial replastering - this was despite conversations between the installer and the plastering contractor before the installation took place to avoid the level and type of damage that occurred. This has been rectified by the original contractor but I feel the installer should have made good the damage which occurred rather than leaving the problem with the customer which caused also caused consequential delays in decoration works.
