I have an issue with the door from the time of installation. I am South West facing and when the sun is on the door at a certain temperature the door will not open from inside or out. This problem is pending.

There were delays in the door being installed but the team were in pretty good communication although on the day I wasn’t sure what time the installers were arriving and had to follow up. Apart from this, very good service, thank you.

We had a bit of a false start but Novaglass worked really hard to get the job back on track which was much appreciated.

Installation process was very smoothe and the workmen arrived promptly. However, there were a few chips on our internal walls that were not there prior to the install. However, overall the quality of the work was very good.

(1) It was annoying that they did not bring the correct number of window panes, window handles, and various other bits with them the first time so that they had to come back on two later occasions to finish the work. (2) I was told that scaffolding would be needed for the job so I arranged with my neighbour to have the key for his back gate so that they could put the scaffolding into his side alley. In fact there was no scaffolding – I would have expected the person who came to measure up to be able to judge this. (3) the dust sheets used by the team were very old and filthy. Also they left

Very good service and would recommend to anyone

The contractor had to return to fix a gap left and it took a few correspondence to get this done. However, I have used this company several times and would recommend.

As originally suggested the cill on one door was wide and would have bent when stood on – it was modified after my comment.The skylight opening window leaked in heavy rain, the problem was fixed without difficulty.

Wrong design was installed but told we would have to pay for another at 50% extra cost! This mistake they admitted was theirs. In the end we had to agree a design we didn’t want and they deducted a small sum of �250 of the final total. I took probably 8 days off work for this work to be done. 11months later, 4 doors all bent, a new locking system and 5 resprays to get it all right we have had to accept it although the new door. We will have to see if it leaks any air in the next couple of years.The window was not fixed. Very hard to get answered messages or emails.Its a shame as they are

Used Nova Glass many times for both windows and conservatory. Always First Class.

The products are excellent – this was my eighth item purchased – admin leaves a bit to be desired!

Delay to installation was caused by family / personal circumstances out of their control.Window sill was installed poorly and needed to be remedied in a make shift way. The final appearance is good but it’s a DIY work around and Novaglass were flaky on taking responsibility for it.

Whilst the issues have been sorted now, we were given a timescale of about a week for the job to be completed and it took 6 months from start to finish. Multiple issues along the way, workmanship standards were a huge part of this but also administratively – parts were lost or not ordered or checked properly. I like the windows, but they are not done to a high standard and the process was far more stressful for us than it should have been.

Excellent product delivered on time and to budget

Various items of scaffolding left in the grounds of the property. Small fragments of shaved metal on my lounge & bedroom carpets.Inside wall area in bedroom close next to bedroom windows not made good after installation.Failure to return telephone calls.Were told main doors to flats would be replaced the same time as the windows. Asked the projectmanager intermittingly during the time the windows were being replaced, each time he advised they would be.Then on the last week, when I asked he said they would not be.They were then installed about 5 months later, initially the wrong d

Good quality doors/windows but quite expensive, thorough installers who do a great job, awful call centre setup to speak to anyone but once past that no complaints (customer service score low because of the call centre).

Hard to contact, product (doors) already having issues with closing. Reluctant to fix.

Excellent firm. Came up with just the windows we needed for a period property and installed them to time and exactly to the price quoted without fuss. A very neat installation too.

There were some problems with the window hardware fitted being the wrong finish and getting that resolved took quite a lot of phone calls / emails and visits. Also, I would have preferred it if they had not called me MISTER Townshend throughout the entire process and sent all invoices addressed to Mr Townshend. I am the owner of the house and am also a MISS !! Otherwise, everything was fine.

Sales person ( Bryn) surveyor and the fitter (Perry) were excellent. The work was completed on schedule despite staff shortages . All staff were friendly , approachable and informative . Very pleased with the product and results .

Very pleased with the whole operation from initial contact. Dealt with in a very professional manner.

On the downside, the installer was untidy and made a mess. He also left the job poorly finished. To the company’s credit, they recognised this and quickly sorted the problems.

Excellent installation to a very high standard

After encountering early problems in removing defective glazed units for replacement Novaglass were proactive in devising a solution to provide an alternative product. The work was then carried out with minimum delay and to a high standard.

The time taken and the tidiness in installing my door was spot on. I was blown away by the finish, I was expecting there would be some finishing of either tiles or touch up painting, that I would have to attend to – but no, the end result was faultless. No wonder that I have used your Company for all my needs over many years.
