We had a bit of a false start but Novaglass worked really hard to get the job back on track which was much appreciated.

Installation process was very smoothe and the workmen arrived promptly. However, there were a few chips on our internal walls that were not there prior to the install. However, overall the quality of the work was very good.

(1) It was annoying that they did not bring the correct number of window panes, window handles, and various other bits with them the first time so that they had to come back on two later occasions to finish the work. (2) I was told that scaffolding would be needed for the job so I arranged with my neighbour to have the key for his back gate so that they could put the scaffolding into his side alley. In fact there was no scaffolding - I would have expected the person who came to measure up to be able to judge this. (3) the dust sheets used by the team were very old and filthy. Also they left lots of bits of wood and plastic on the flat roof outside the windows.

Did not keep me updated had to keep phoning to find out myself.

Very easy process, any issues were addressed straight away. Very happy with the end product.

Professional and friendly workers

Good value for money. Great helpful polite service all round. Reliable timekeeping & Installers worked in cleam manner.
Only problem was that we ended up on 3rd front door. first was not sealed in factory (colour came off) & first two doors not made as specified on order - factory oversight (quality control as source). Cannot fault NovaGlas who did everything they could to correct.

As originally suggested the cill on one door was wide and would have bent when stood on - it was modified after my comment.

The skylight opening window leaked in heavy rain, the problem was fixed without difficulty.

Great service over the years

Wrong design was installed but told we would have to pay for another at 50% extra cost! This mistake they admitted was theirs. In the end we had to agree a design we didn't want and they deducted a small sum of £250 of the final total. I took probably 8 days off work for this work to be done.
11months later, 4 doors all bent, a new locking system and 5 resprays to get it all right we have had to accept it although the new door. We will have to see if it leaks any air in the next couple of years.
The window was not fixed. Very hard to get answered messages or emails.
Its a shame as they are ok people i think their supplier is to blame.
Hopefully they will honor the top window repair that was agreed.

Used Nova Glass many times for both windows and conservatory. Always First Class.

The contractor was local, reliable and very helpful to respond for any any queries we had. Thank you for your assistance to arrange our windows/doors and bi-folds and lanterns. We would be happy to use their services again.

The products are excellent - this was my eighth item purchased - admin leaves a bit to be desired!

Delay to installation was caused by family / personal circumstances out of their control.
Window sill was installed poorly and needed to be remedied in a make shift way. The final appearance is good but it's a DIY work around and Novaglass were flaky on taking responsibility for it.

Communication could be improved but installation was very good.

We had 5 windows installed by Novaglass over 3 separate visits. The standard of workmanship varied noticeably depending on which fitters were doing the installation. The fitter for the loft/study windows (x2) did not fit the new architraves that we had paid for and instead refitted the old wooden architraves that had been removed. He then left the company and the work had to be repeated by another team. We also had a disagreement re the position of window handles on our bedroom windows which we asked to be side opening - the salesman said this would be possible. The fitters installed handles on the bottom and we were told after the event that side opening was not possible. We should have been told about this up front and the salesman changed his story. Otherwise good windows.

Whilst the issues have been sorted now, we were given a timescale of about a week for the job to be completed and it took 6 months from start to finish. Multiple issues along the way, workmanship standards were a huge part of this but also administratively - parts were lost or not ordered or checked properly. I like the windows, but they are not done to a high standard and the process was far more stressful for us than it should have been.

We have a problem with our new back door and trying to get Novaglass to return our call was somewhat like trying to get through to the pope. Appalling customer service. Having managed to finally get an engineer to come an assess the door, we have heard nothing. We initially reported the fault two weeks after installation and now 11 weeks later we are still waiting for it to be fixed. Guarantee is worthless.

Hard to contact, product (doors) already having issues with closing. Reluctant to fix.

Various items of scaffolding left in the grounds of the property.
Small fragments of shaved metal on my lounge & bedroom carpets.
Inside wall area in bedroom close next to bedroom windows not made good after installation.
Failure to return telephone calls.
Were told main doors to flats would be replaced the same time as the windows. Asked the project
manager intermittingly during the time the windows were being replaced, each time he advised they would be.
Then on the last week, when I asked he said they would not be.
They were then installed about 5 months later, initially the wrong doors were fitted.
To date the 3 main doors do not close secure if left to swing back.
