Excellent work we are very happy and will be using you again in the near future.

The scores above reflect that the contractor had to return to reinstall one complete set of French doors, did not seal the gaps between frames and brickwork. We are still waiting for a return visit to address a gap between the rubber external seal and top of door frame and the operation of the handle mechanism on one set of French doors.It was obvious that there was a clear difference between the standards of workmanship between the fitters.

I would recommend Excellent Windows but with reservations. They certainly did not meet up to the standards that I enjoyed with a previous order for similar alumium windows when they were installed a few years’ ago. I am tho now satisfied with the windows after a considerable amount of stress and remedial work over a long period of time. (I was quoted 3 months’ delivery last August – the windows were installed in March and the order has only just been completed). Had some issues with damp from the previous installation which they raised, addressed and kept me informed of. Very impressed with installation, hope the door continues to serve well.

John and Ollie were very pleasant and professional and ensured that we were entirely happy with our window installation before final completion. They returned on the date agreed to complete the remedial work (two of the windows were shipped by the manufacturer with incorrect hinges).Very happy with their work and would happily recommend them.

The contractor tried hard and was well intentioned but the installation went very wrong on a number of issues.
