Suggest customers confirm exactly the velux spec that they will install. Use velux website configurator.
Specify window colour (white, plastic or pine), blind trim finish (painted or brushed ali), flashing kit (flat or wrinkly).
They did any excellent job installing, but I ended up with the white painted windows (I wanted pine), painted white aluminum blind trim (I wanted brushed), ugly wrinkly universal flashing (I wanted flat EDP flashing for plain tiles). Partly my fault for not specifying in detail beforehand, but better pre-sale confirmation & photos would have been better.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Window Wise was excellent. 
From measurement, quotes and fittings seemed very professional. Luke and Adam comes to do the measurements and…All done within 3 week.Couldn’t ask for a better service and in love with my new composite door, it has beyond exceeded my expectations and everyone has been so complimentary. 
I highly recommend Window Wise and will definitely use them for another future doors and windows.

Even after the job was complete, they were flexible and supportive in visiting the site again to liaise with our builders to ensure a top end finish. Lovely team and highly recommend.

I’m happy with the end product and price, but experienced a really long delay between ordering and fitting. During this time there was no proactive customer service whatsoever and my calls were never returned. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but this experience caused me far more stress than it should have.
