I�m pleased overall with the windows and doors; the windows arrived promptly, the door took a bit longer and communication from M&T could have been better re: door delivery and fitting as I had to chase a couple of times. The colour of the door was a bit of a shock. There were no samples available when I went to the showroom so I chose based on brochure and on-line colour guide. However, Twight Grey is far from grey and is very blue in my opinion. Something that could be noted (unless I have received the wrong colour door?).

Far and away the worst experience of the build. Stressful and highly disappointing. I will not be using this contractor again for the rest of my build.

We have used M & T previously for another replacement job and were very pleased with their work so called them back this time. They are a family-run business who were recommended to us by a neighbour and I have in turn recommended them to several people.

Both operatives were very professional and courteous with the whole fitting process and the products seem to me to be of a high qualityThe only slight problem was it took a while for me to be contacted when I first tried to arrange an appointment but this is possibly because they are very busy which if the case would obviously be a good sign
