We have been delighted with every aspect of the carried out. The windows appear to be of good quality and the additional wooden window sill was of exceptional quality and fit. The window fitters were obviously highly skilled and professional.

The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Our patio doors are all we could have wanted and I would recommend REP without reservation.

There were a couple of faults made in the installation but they came back to sort them quickly.

Very professional from start to finish, quote to completion. Did a great job fitting, despite the house being old and wonky! When it came to tidying up they went above and beyond.. taking away the old windows and door, masonry and plaster etc.

Excellent – wouldn�t go anywhere else for our windows.

Booking in, measuring and fitting was friendly and efficient. Great organisation of the work and deployed another team when original team was delayed on another job. The house was left extremely tidy and the window supplied is of really good quality. The only reason I have given a 9 on workmanship is there are a couple of areas where the UPVC sits slightly proud in the corners of the windows at the joins. I’m sure this could be easily trimmed.
