Anticipated problems and what is required for the installation. However only one thing was the difficulty in moving the window frame into the loft. However a quick call brought another person and they have to have a man on the bathroom�s flat roof to hold the frame up to loft. Sorted in about 15-20 mins.

Very good from first survey through to installation and completion.

Overall, very happy with the result though they initially measured incorrectly so the inside vent was still up in the wall cavity. They corrected it by taking off the plaster board, moving the reveal up and re-plastering, at their expense, so all good now but it took more time and mess than it should have. They dealt with it professionally though and gave us some money off.

I�ve been using Ace Glass for years and I wouldn�t recommend anyone else!

We had a lot of issues with the fit. The fitters rushed the job and left it unfinished along with breaking our kitchen tap. We had to raise a complaint and the owner was very dismissive about it until he agreed to come out to take a look himself. At which point he became very helpful and ensured we had his best fitters come and make good the work. I’ve marked workmanship standards down due to the state the initial fitters left the job in. I’ve also marked customer service down as we weren’t being listened to when we raised these issues.

The works were very delayed and then on the day an extra �350 + VAT for works which should have been quoted for originally. I also have issues with the finish which are not yet resolved.

All good.

Completed tge whole process in efficient professional manner. Good communication throughout.The fitter was outstanding, completed the work to an excellent standard, taking extra care to salvage and reuse the original architrave as requested. Convivial and friendly throughout

POOR EXPERENCE,TOOK OVER SIX MONTHS FROM ORDER DATE TO COMPLETE WORK

Unfortunately supplied with fixtures and fittings that did not match with what was ordered and it has been a battle with the supplier to provide the correct colour – this is still ongoing. Due to COVID 19 this is proving difficult to achieve but the contractor advises they are chasing the manufacturer regularly. There is also a missing/open end on the porch door step which has not been sorted.Also wrong screws were put in my front door, one of which broke straight away and a second upon inspection (on the safety chain fitting). On having these replaced with the correct screws, it resulted in the screw holes having to be filled in on a brand new door and then these were covered up by moving the safety chain plate over them. Hopefully this action will mean my door is still under warranty.
