Viewmaster is an excellent firm to deal with. Paul is very approachable, open and honest. He will give quotes for work and stick to them, no upfront payments requested. He will only quote for work that is necessary and not ‘pad out’ quotes. Have used regularly for many years

May be disruption due to Covid, but attention to admin detail could be a bit more disciplined.

The contractor is very busy so his customer service is very slow and has been non-existent since I made the final payment. I have had to chase several times for this to be registered. He did not come and measure up before ordering the doors and window. Despite product specific discussions relating to width of pillars, I did not end up with what I was told I would have. I was not advised that there would be so much black on a white set of doors. The doors were not the size I requested for the space, requiring infilling the walls, having to raise the doors, and now I do not have the low threshold I requested. I have had to add an additional step outside at substantial extra cost. The doors and windows were fitted well but due to the other issues, I would not recommend using this contractor
