We were very happy with our doors and the fitters did a wonderful job they look great, very nice doors.

The contractor did a great job, very efficient and quick. Am disappointed will the salesman as he couldn’t provide example of glass. If I had known that you can see through the design panel (flower) then I wouldn’t have ordered it.

I cannot recommend the contractor enough they were efficient and on time very tidy and made a great job of fitting our windows and doors.

Door colour was different to windows. Installer promptly arranged for a sprayer to coordinate the colour.

Fantastic job completed in a short time and to a high standard, i presumed Id have to decorate around the new windows but didn’t even have to do that. I have recommended them to a number of friends alrrady.

I would definitely recommend this contractor- no hesitation. When our lift broke in the middle of the job Scott didn�t complain -even though he had to carry equipment and windows up and down several flights of stairs. In addition Scott was here at the agreed time and tidied up after the job which many contractors don�t do! Oh – and the windows and doors are perfect! Many thanks

Very professional and clean workmanship.

Initial problems with the manufacturer during Covid. which took over 12 weeks to receive. However, communication from the contractor was poor. Following fitting of french doors, they would not close properly due to alignment issues, which has now caused tearing of the gasket by the locking mechanism. No air vents were ordered for the door despite being on the architects plans, so had to be retro fitted. After initial fit of windows, a large leak occurred on both sets of windows, which on return was discovered to be a small gap in the top of the window that had not been clicked into place. We have wobbly handles which apparently cant be rectified and a screw broken in the arm of the opener. Have messaged the fitter for information on replacement gasket and no reply. Awful service
