The owner of the company Chris Bell, was very knowledgeable and informative about the products he used and made suggestions which informed my decisions. I was very impressed at the efficiency, the finish and professionalism of the 2 fitters who were assigned to fit all my replacement windows and doors. The fitters were repectful of my property using covers to protect my flooring and tidying up afterwards in every room. I would recommend Glass Exchange a hundred percent.

Not only were the correct glazing product recommended, they were also sourced at the best price. Very pleased.

Glass Exchange were extremely professional and their service was exemplary.

They left my job without any mention of the certificate, they also didn’t do a good job of installing ducting in my attic for extractor fans. There were two existing spotlights that weren’t fire certified that they didn’t point out to me, and I had to ask for hoods to be fitted prior to loft insulation being laid. I don’t feel I was well informed about what I needed at all. New sockets that were fitted have also not been done well, and they made huge messy holes in my walls to put them in.

The job was well done and the workers were pleasant, clean and tidy. I was very pleased they took their shoes off without being asked on entering the house.

Glass Exchange are a really good company, the guys are great and not only turn up when expected but carry out a thorough and good quality job that they take a pride in !

The contractor was a pleasure to work with, no complaints about the installation.

Overall the experience with Glass Exchange has been good. Unfortunately there was manufacturing defects with both the door and conservatory doors we purchased for which we had to wait for replacement parts. Glass Exchange carried out the work to a reasonable standard but had to return on 3 occasions to achieve this.
