Fitters were very helpful, but product quality from Glass Systems Lts was inconsistent. Original damaged panels had to be exchanged.

The works were carried out on time and well on the day with the personnel being efficient and polite.

3 day installation took 18 months. Original installers fled the company. The rework installer was no better. Parts fitted in the morning were detaching the same day. Rectification resulted in more issues (1 step forward 2 steps back). Trade 2 Trade relied on us to share a bullet point report and pictures with them because the situation had become shambolic. Clear disconnect between management and the installers. Trade 2 Trade intimated it was our fault that the process was taking too long & pushed for a percentage of the final payment even though the job was nowhere near completion because the rework was costing them money. Would never use again. They employ incompetents (except Joao) and the manager doesn’t take founded criticism well choosing to deflect rather than resolve a problem.

Absolutely horrendous! Especially lady called Ashleigh, full of attitude, and needs a course on a customer service. Very prickly manners and vivid understanding of a customer needs

The work carried out by Scott and Hayden and all the members of their team was very professional from start to finish. Their timekeeping was excellent and also keeping to the agreed schedule was impressive. There was regular communication throughout to agree any changes to the plan in a very professional manner. Overall if you want peace of mind in getting builders in to do the work, I fully recommend Trade2Trade.

Yes we recommend the fitter and product however time will tell.

As for communication from the company we have been disappointed as we had to chase many times for variation of contract and when they finally sorted them out, made us free we where in the wrong and no apologies.

We ordered these doors in August. Fitted in December, we are waiting on other doors and window to be done, hopefully this month.

As experts I feel the company did not point out possible pitfalls or failures that may occur in the future when presenting to the client their "installation build plan" or when actually building and completing the work/installation.

I had over paid by £100 in cash and someone from Trade 2 Trade contacted me about the cash overpayment and physically brought the money back to me.
The work was carried out with care. The father and daughter team were friendly and polite and very respectful of my home.
I have passed the company details on to 2 friends I really hope the make contact. Job well done.

Great customer service and installation team installed windows in a clean and efficient way.

Initial installation was very poor workmanship but they sent another person to correct the all the faults and poor quality of the installation. This was done to my satisfaction.
