The salesman, George Jones, was very professional and not at all pushy when it came to providing info on T2T products, the pricing & installation timing. This definitely helped us with our selection from the 3 companies we had selected to quote.
Additionally, the team (Mark & JJ) that came to install the windows & front door were excellent in not only removing old and installing new but at the end of each day ensured the areas that they had worked in were left clean & tidy. Would definitely recommend T2T.

I had mostly great experience with trade2trade. The person I spoke to about the windows and to get a quote was very knowledgeable and friendly; out of all of the salesmen I contacted, he was the best. It was very convenient they had the best prices and windows too.We booked for the morning, but they didn’t arrive until almost 16:00. The workman himself wasn’t the best of characters, was constantly grumpy, swearing to himself and seemed as though he was fed up. He had also scratched our hallway walls with his toolboxes, but I need to repaint them anyway.

All the workmen who carried out the work on the premises were professional and good to have around. However, the office management seemed to want to disassociate themselves from the job! no idea why but they have made no contact whatsoever since we signed the contract!

Great contractors with friendly approachable members of staff, from sales and surveyor right through to installation team.

All in all satisfactory outcome,but should have made sure the order was in their factory before coming out with only part order.

Yes we recommend the fitter and product however time will tell.As for communication from the company we have been disappointed as we had to chase many times for variation of contract and when they finally sorted them out, made us free we where in the wrong and no apologies.We ordered these doors in August. Fitted in December, we are waiting on other doors and window to be done, hopefully this month.

I had over paid by �100 in cash and someone from Trade 2 Trade contacted me about the cash overpayment and physically brought the money back to me.The work was carried out with care. The gentleman who fitted patio doors was excellent. He is someone who I could leave if I had to go out.( very trustworthy) . I was surprised only 1man on his own, as in the modern climate there is normally more to help if anything goes wrong or as an additional insurance.

Whilst there were a few issues during the process, mainly with the delivery of the door, these were dealt with professionally and overall I am happy with the service and product provided.

Recommended for installation of windows only. The soffits and fascias were badly fitted, fascias were not straight and a standard width soffit product was used which did not suit a 1930’s property that wasn’t built as accurately as a new home. As a result soffit didn’t fit properly and we ended up with closing trims to hide gaps. In addition upstairs window and lounge bay window incorrectly surveyed and had to be replaced.

There were quite a few snagging issues that we needed to point out before they were corrected. One window installed didn�t fit but the installer was more than happy to just walk away without reporting back to the surveyor to get it corrected. I felt they had no pride in their work. All the work was eventually completed.

Fantastic work, great workmanship. The fitters were very efficient, polite and left all very tidy. The finishing was perfect. I highly recommend them.

With caveats. The initial consult with them was great, as was the first site visit. But we then had to chase them for the second survey, and chase them again to get a date for install.On the install day, they hadn’t brought the right trim for the front door, something they blamed on the previous survey. They said it would be sorted early the next week, but it took three weeks for them to come back and make good.During this process, their customer service was very helpful in trying to move things along, but ultimately I came out of it quite disappointed. The end product was great, and some of what they did was good, but it’s a shame I can’t give them a more glowing review.

Didn’t arrive on date arranged – had to call to find out doors were damanged and not coming out – had to order new doors, would have been better to call to advise as taken time off work and if hadn’t called them we could have sat in all day – however on 2nd date arranged called day before to confirm arrangements – arrived on time and happy with work

Communication from the office as to appointment was lacking. I had to call to confirm that my item was available & there was no confirmation call the day prior or the day of install. Only 1 person has access to the “Appointment Book” so if you call & they are not there you have to call again. The onus seems to be on the customer to ensure communication.

Initial installation was very poor workmanship but they sent another person to correct the all the faults and poor quality of the installation. This was done to my satisfaction.
