Fitted window with defective glass. Promised this would be replaced after 6 months still not done. Asked for a some form of financial refund but offered only �30. The property will be sold on May 6th 2022 so will pass the guarantee certificate to new owners

Couldn�t fault , was willing and able to adjust style and sizing to my requirements of which I changed a number of times prior to ordering , once ordered windows where fitted within a acceptable timescale to an excellent standard . Product also seems to be of excellent quality .
