They were friendly, professional and I am happy with the work. I noticed a cut in my new flooring after they placed the glass on the floor indoors before installing it into the frame. Accidents happen. I am upset about this, but nothing can be done about it. The windows and door look good. A few little scratches on the outer frame, but I won’t be looking too closely from now on.

We are very pleased with our new windows. The installers were excellent, very tidy, hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Excellent job.

The installation was fitted to a high standard and the windows look good and they don’t leak!! Once the windows had been installed the fitters cleaned up and left the property very neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the end result.

We feel that the salesman should have gone through the quote with us personally to ensure that we understood the diagrams on the quote and that they represented what we had requested. We misinterpreted the diagrams resulting in the wrong windows being opened but accept that this was our error. Also, when the products are delivered to the factory, they should be checked so that everything is in order before delivery. The door we received was hanging the wrong way and the side panel had clear glass despite us going to great efforts and making an additional payment to ensure that matching gla
