I have used GT Glassmasters on many occassions for my rental properties and have always found them to be professional, friendly, competitive and they pay attention to detail, the products are of an excellent quality. If it were possible to give more than 100% I would.
I have no hesitation in reccomending this Company. Look no further than GT Glassmasters.

We feel that the salesman should have gone through the quote with us personally to ensure that we understood the diagrams on the quote and that they represented what we had requested. We misinterpreted the diagrams resulting in the wrong windows being opened but accept that this was our error.
Also, when the products are delivered to the factory, they should be checked so that everything is in order before delivery. The door we received was hanging the wrong way and the side panel had clear glass despite us going to great efforts and making an additional payment to ensure that matching glass would be provided. Several sets of beading were the wrong type and not uniform throughout. Once the errors were highlighted, the company did come back and put them right without quibble.

Just a little more communication after a quote is placed re timescales would be good, but I accept that you only know when the products are in.

The contractor has been incredibly helpful in trying to rectify problems with the door supplied by the manufacturer (which is bowed and has visible gaps around the key barrel allowing you to see outside). Sadly the door manufacturer refuses to provide a new door stating bowing is within range (5mm from new) and to put silicone around barrel gap! So my door is r not what I’d hoped, but the fitters/contractors have been great. I think there is an industry problem - tolerable range is an excuse for poor workmanship by manufacturers. I intend to take this further via the ombudsman with the manufacturer if the contractors are unable to to secure a replacement door from Solidor.

Very competitive prices and several recommendations made up my mind to use this company to install new windows into our house.
The installer, Dan, respected our property and was incredibly tidy. Everything was covered up by dust sheets and the work areas hoovered up after installation. You couldn't tell that the windows had been replaced!
Excellent work, so I wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend GT Glassmasters to family & friends.

The installation was fitted to a high standard and the windows look good and they don't leak!! Once the windows had been installed the fitters cleaned up and left the property very neat and tidy. We are very pleased with the end result.
