The quality, workmanship and fitting service supplied by this company is exceptional, I could not be more pleased with our windows and doors. I feel the customer service could stand improvement, mainly in the area of communication. I would recommend each customer be given one named contact person to communicate with.

Good quality wood frames and excellent craftsmanship on the front door. Customer service needs to improve, particularly following installation. Took 9 months to register the fitting with certass and deliver certificates despite numerous requests over that time period.

There was a slight issue with one of the counter balance weights but this was dealt with speedily and efficiently within the terms of the Guarantee. The job took longer than expected to install from date of confirming the order but that was testimony to the level of demand for their quality service and level of recommendation by clients no doubt.

Discussions about choice of product for the replacement window frames were helpful and comparative quotes supplied.Delivery date of approx 4 months from order to installation was given, but somehow my order was omitted from the scheduleand was installed about 7 months from order. The installation team were efficient and pleasant and unavoidable damage to the windowrecess was minimal, and everything was left clean and tidy and completed in one day.

Fantastic job all round. Excellent customer service and highly skilled joinery. Also considerate installation from a nice team.
