Very good, they came to look at the job we wanted done a few days after we called them, then gave a quote quickly, no pressure. Once we accepted the quote, they provided paperwork with all details of the job and did the work 3 weeks later, on time. The men were polite, the work looks good and all mess was cleaned up and taken away. They gave further paperwork detailing the invoice, work undertaken, guarantee details etc. All in all we are very satisfied and would use use them again and recommend. Very good that they are a family business with no subcontractors.
